Internet Connection Problems
I was able to log into the ComCast provided cable modem and see it's internal log saying that it cannot reach their services. It has 4 ports for physical connection and two antennas for wireless connection. Someone could have accidentally kicked the router or modem’s power cable or pulled an Ethernet cable out of a socket, causing the problem.
