It is like the connection gets saturated with data and disconnects (Although I'm not sure if that is what is supposed to happen). MS TCP Loopback interface 0x10003 ...00 50 56 99 15 00 ...... I would bet that if you are losing internet that there is some loss of connection between the switch to the router to the modem.
