It was a positive discovery, however, due to the intermittent nature of the original problem, I wasn't completely convinced that the problem was cured.
It solved the problem. The following is a list of things already tried to fix the issue: Deleted/Re-entered network credentials (Enterprise) Changed network cables Updated NIC drivers Changed Static IP address Changed NIC Power management Every time! Give it a few seconds and everything is fine again.
